ABOUT KIYO TO
My name is Kiyo To(Pretoria, South Africa), I'm the co-owner/founder of Kanzen Records.
I've been in the industry for around 5 years now and is working hard to represent this
genre well. My music journey started in Cape Town where Rave and Techno were
rife, I then moved to Pretoria where I discovered House. I immediately fell for Deep House,
I just loved the fact that there's only timeless tunes and that you can meditate to it.
I currently host two radio shows, one is on Chill Out Radio and the other is on SSRadiouk.
The records label acquired distribution rights late last year so we still building on that and
are learning more and more about the industry. We have released a few tracks and have
signed new artists to diversify our styles.
I've been influenced by so many and still have goose bumps when I encounter great talents.
The mix is a selection of some of my favorites and consists of some recent discoveries aswell.
